ROSIE LEE MURRELL, 60, died Thursday, April 10, 2008 at St. Francis Hospital Bartlett. She was born June 7, 1947 in Cordova, TN. She was a retired Supervisor for Arlington Developmental Center. Public viewing will be from 3-7 p.m. Friday, April 18 at Jefferson Mortuary, 7788 Church Street. Service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, April 19 at Morning Chapel Baptist Church, 8701 Trinity Rd., Cordova, TN. Burial will be at 10 a.m. Monday, April 21 in West Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery, Memphis, TN. She was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel Murrell, Sr. She leaves two sons, Samuel Murrell, Jr. of Cordova, TN, Starksy Murrell of Barksdale Air Force Base in Bossier City, LA; three grandchildren; sister, Katherine Allen of Bartlett, TN; brother, Joe Paul Bynum of Cordova, TN.
