No, I did not purchase the book. There is a copy at the NY Public Library. A fellow researcher read it for me there. He found several pages had been cut out.
There is another copy at Bucknell Univ Library. By letter, I explained the problem to the librarian. She had the missing pages digitized and sent to me.
I doubt she would do the whole book.
Google Books says there are also copies at Wisconsin Historical Society and New England Genealogical and Historical Society.
