Hello, I'm looking for information on John Murray b. abt 1812 in Dublin, Ireland. He married Elizabeth Wright (b. abt 1816 in Liverpool, Eng) sometime in the late 1830's. They had a son James Peter in 1840(in England). I found where she and James came to America Dec 1843, but I can't find John. I know he came over to Lowell, Mass. apparently with his brothers(don't know names)then moved South with Elizabeth to Cheraw, SC to work with Conlach Peter Lynch in Lynch's boot factory. Their 2nd son John was born abt 1845 there. John died in 1854 and Elizabeth in 1880. They also had two daughters: Catherine b. 1846 and Ellen b. 1849. If anyone has info on John and Elizabeth's life before living in Cheraw, PLEASE contact me. There are a lot of family members that want to know their roots. Thank you!
