I found a small amount, but not much. The forenames, Vetal (Vital?) and Olsime would appear to be French; whether Acadian or Quebecois I can't say. What particularly bothers me is, although Vetal was b. ca. 1869, I can find no definite sign of him in the 1880 and 1881 census returns. I vaguely suspect that the surname may have undergone some alteration. There were, I believe, Acadian's with the surname Murray in Gloucester County, New Brunswick. For example:
Marie Celeste (Celestie) Murray m. 'Ludger' Legere
Matilde Murray m. Fabien H. Gionet
Philomene Murray m. Arthur Joseph Michon (possibly the same who m. Arthur Godin; or/and possibly the same who m. Nazaire Blanchard.)
These appear to be in the area of Caraquet and, while not far from where my general family was, they are not a family I am familiar with. In 1881, there was the family of Augustin (b. ca. 1821) and Modiste (ca. 1831) Murry in Caraquet (Caraquette.) One of the Philomene's, above appears to have been a daughter. Another family was that of Peter (ca. 1840) and Philomene (ca. 1841) Murray. There were 5 or 6 such families, probably related. That might be sending you on a wildgoose chase, though.
It may be worthwhile looking more closely at Joseph and Vitaline Murray, whose daughter is mentioned below.
