Through the book seller address you provided, I got the correct title of the book. Then I went to Google Books and got location of 4 repositories that hold it. Then I requested my Library get it for me on an InterLibrary Loan. Have exchanged emails with Larry Hill and read his Milton Web site. While Jane Barnett, d/o Col. James Barnett, would have been S.
