I think I may have found your William Hamilton Murray.
The 1910 Census is dated April 1910 and Wm.. is 2 months old. Later census gives different dates--which isn't unusual.
Pearl Wallace on this one shows as step daughter and Norvell & Eva have been married 1 yr. In the later Census she shows as Murray.

In 1930 the family is still in same place, but William H. is in Army, stationed at Fort Sam Houston, San Antonio, TX.
And then this:
Billy Wayne Murray b. June 10 1934 in Dallas. Father: Wiliam H. Murray , Mother: Mary Hortense Mathis. This came from TX Birth Records. Do not find any other children born to them.
