David Murray b 1735 Amherst MA, s/o William Murray & Hannah Dickinson

Hello-

I am looking for information on David Murray, the son of William Murray (b abt 1690 Scotland - d 1779/1784 Amherst MA). William had six children Elijah, William, Dorothy, David, Seth and Hannah. I have traced down the lineages of William and Seth, but I have not been able to find anything on David.

I am really trying to make a connection between an Eve Murray (b 1782 in either MA or VT) with this family. She subsequently married Epenetus Platt in Herkimer Co NY. From a biography of Epenetus & Eve's grandson, it says Eve's father was in the Revolution. Several of the Murray family of Hatfield/Amherst area were in the Revo. Two lines (Seth and some of William Jr's descendants) also lived in Ontario Co, NY, near Herkimer, NY.

Any help would be appreciated.
