I have a James A Murrah from Harris County, wife is Emily Mccaula. He was born September 1832 in SC, died after 1910 in Harris Co., GA. He would have been my 2nd cousin 4 times removed. My great grandmother was Mary Ida Murrah her husband was Leonard Gordon Bowles. She and James A were 2nd cousins once removed. I don't have much on the Murrah family, but will be glad to share what I have with you.
