I have a C. A. Murrah who married Henrietta Turner - 1-16-1864 (Marriage Records, East Carroll, Pa., Louisiana). In the same parish, there was a C. I. Murrah who appeared on the military list in Carroll Pa -- 3-19-1862. In 1865 a C. J. Murrah of 14th LA company released from Confederate army -- 7-7-1865. By 1869 David Morgan Murrah lived in Carroll Parish. David had a son named Charlie Morgan.

Wonder if C. A. and C. J. are the same person since they apparently wound up in Nevada Co., AR.
