I am looking for documentation that Adam Murphy b 1814 in Wood Co., WVA (now VA) is the son of Samuel Murphy and Rachel Cunningham. The Murphys moved to Edgar/Clark/Crawford Counties, IL about 1836. Adam married Eliza Smith, Crawford Co. 1839. Adam's brother was Absalom Murphy, Clark Co. IL.
