Descendants of Simon and Lucretia Murphy

I am looking for information of Simon Murphy born about 1789 North Carolina, died abt 1860 Greene Co., Alabama, His wife was Lucretia Walker born about 1789 died in Greene county, Alabama. They were married in 1811 in Wake County, North Carolina. I would also like to know who his parents were, and where they came from, before being in North Carolina. I was able to find his name in the Snedecor's Directory for Greene Co. Alabama for 1820 he is listed as a planter in Clinton Ala. next to other Murphys who are also planters : John P. Murphy,James N. Murphy, William J.Murphy and a John Murphy who is a tanner.
