Beasley married Angeline E. Murphey in Washington (County?) GA on June 4, 1863. My interest is because one of their daughters - Lucy (b 8/24/1868) married a distant relative of mine: Daniel Pittmon in Atlanta (date unknown). Daniel Pittmon was killed inSandersville, GA in Sept. 1892. Joseph F. Beasley was b about 1828. In the 1880 census of Atlanta, Fulton Co. GA. he is listed as single and his occupation is a sportsman.
