I am descended from Hamilton Murdock via William Murdock and his son, Thomas Murdock. Thomas' daughter Nancy Elizabeth murdock married William Matthews on June 9, 1853. Their daughter Sarah Ann Matthews is my great grandmother. She is buried in the Little Sand Mountain Baptist cemetery in Chattooga County, GA.
