I sent you 2 e-mails on this subject and I hope the arrived safely.
The snow in this area has begun to melt and I hope to locate the graves of Alva and his wife in the near future. I am a member of the Findlay, Ohio chapter of the SAR and will attend a meeting within 15 miles of the cemetery involved on this Sat.
The two older Murdicks are buried next to son Alvin, a Civil War vet.
Thanks again for your help. Many of the Ohio Murdocks converted to the Mormon Religion in the 1800's and I was so sure they had joined and moved to Utah that I was wasting my time reseaching the western Murdock's. It was your data that led me to the Hancock Co. Ohio burial site.
