Dear Delma:

I am so excited to get your message. I have a picture of your father with my uncle Norman Mills.

I also ordered a book " A Short History of the family of Murdoch of Cumloden . I do think we are from this line of Murdocks in Scotland. One of these fellows was a Laird and owned lots of land. He did lose it but they were a hardy bunch and fought the English hard.

Thank you for your response . I can't wait to tell my Aunt Abby in Ok. I was going to all your father and talk to him about the family history of the Murdocks but Aunt Abby told me their were none left to talk to.Do you know any of the information about where they came into the country?

Aye, Joy Schuffert
