Murdock and Anna Laura Fussell. He died January 1, 1909 in Seabrook, Harris Co., Texas. It is said that "He had been hit on the head by a wagon tongue."
Mary married Martin Luther Syphrett September 22, 1913 in Houston, Harris Co., Texas.(60) Martin was born June 19, 1884 in Waverly, San Jacinto Co., Texas.(61) Martin was the son of Silas Asbury Syphrett and Nancy Jane Fussell. He died November 20, 1968 in Houston, Harris Co., Texas.(62) Martin was buried November 21, 1968 in section 14, lot 348, space 3 of Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery in Houston, Harris Co., Texas.(63) Martin was a fireman at Houston Belt and Terminal RR in Houston, Harris Co., Texas December 18, 1908.
