"Donald M. Frazer, one of the leading and representative druggists of Bellefontaine, is recognized as a man of high standing in his community. He was born at Bellefontaine, Ohio, November 20, 1892, a son of Gilbert M. and Inez (Morrow) Frazer. Gilbert M. Frazer was born at Nashville, Holmes county, Ohio, May 10, 1854. After attaining manhood, he clerked at Millersburg, Ohio, and at Cleveland, Ohio, and then located at Bellefontaine, Ohio. From 1876 until 1884, Mr. Frazer was with A. M. MURDOCK of Bellefontaine, and then he formed a partnership, the firm being Palmer & Frazer, but two years later he bought out his partner, and Mr. MURDOCK entered into business with him, which association continued until 1893, when it was dissolved, and Mr. Frazer remained alone until his death, April 30, 1915."

"William H. Fullerton. Of the many honorable, industrious farmers in Logan county, not a few have made their residence in McArthur township, and a list of these would be incompletewithout the name of William H. Fullerton. Mr. Fullerton was born in this township, December 8, 1872, a son of Robert M. and Hattie (Porter) Fullerton, natives of Logan county where they passed their lives in agricultural pursuits on a 200-acre farm. There were nine children in the family: James W., William H., Carrie, Edith, Ora C., Robert T., Wilder B., Royt H. and Ivan W. William H. Fullerton supplemented his country school education in McArthur township by one year's attendance at the Ohio Northern University, and then began working as a farm hand, being thus engaged for about six years. At that time he was married and commenced farming on his own account in Washington township, Logan county, where he occupied a 127-acre farm for about six years, at the end of that time buying his present property of 100 acres, all tillable soil located in McArthur township. He has good buildings and modern improvements and is accounted one of the progressive and substantial agriculturists of his community. April 11, 1900, Mr. Fullerton married Emma, daughter of Arthur M. and Matilda (Brookhardt) MURDOCK, of Perry county, Ohio, and they have one child, Dorothy, who is a pupil in the eighth grade of the Huntsville school. Mr. Fullerton has been a member of the board of school directors of McArthur township for twelve years and is a citizen of public spirit who has contributed his support to all worthy movements. He is a member of the board of trustees of the United Presbyterian church at Huntsville, and his political tendencies make him a Republican."
