I am related to the Murchland family of Brooke County, WV. James Murchland, christened 1708 in Down County, Ireland was the father of several children, to include Robert Murchland born in 1743; and my relative, William Murchland, born 1737. William was born in Ireland. He had a son named James, born 1765 in Ireland. James came to America in 1790. He married Isabelle Hamilton in 1880 in PA. I have more if you want to share.
