Do you have the definite location for Daniel Murchison's birth and birth date ?
There are two Daniel Murchisons listed on the 1810 census and two listed as land owners in1815 for Moore Co., NC.
CENSUS 1810 Moore Co., NC, pg. 64 A/615 - Daniel Murchison - 1 male 0-10,1 male 26-45, 1 female 0-10,
1 female 26-45, 1 female 45+
In a list by Henrietta Murchison Talley written April 1909, she shows Duncan Murchison and Margaret McIntosh coming to North Carolina from Scotland in 1772 and marrying in 1787. Do you have any record of that ?
