Murchison of Wilmington, NC by Jean Coleman of 485 Dear Jean, Notes I have on David Reid Murchison, according to article in July 31, 1881 edition of The Wilimington Star. David R. Murchison, youngest son of K.M. Murchison and Kate Murchison died at Greenbriar White Sulphur Springs, Virginia on the 28th day of July 1881. This David Reid Murchison was youngest son of Col. Kenneth McKenzie Murchison and Catherine Williams. Possible he was originally buried NY and then moved with "baby" Murchison to Oakdale Cemetery section K, lot 149, owned by K. M. Murchison.
