My husband's grandmother, Anna Munyon LaRue, died in 1923 leaving behind 4 youngsters. Her death record indicates she was born in IL to George Munyon and Susan Emman in 1884. Anna's oldest son indicates on his marriage application that his mother was born in Ste Marie, Jasper Co IL.
Her oldest son was born in Mt Pulaski, Logan Co IL. The 1900 Jasper Co IL census shows a George & Susan Munyon but no 16 year old Anna who did not marry until after 1910. So where is Anna in 1900? Where were George & Susan in 1880 (cannot locate them in 1880 census)? Per census, George was born in OH abt 1842 and Susan in IL abt 1843. Anything on this family will be appreciated.
