Hi Debbie,
So glad I found this website and your posting.
My maid name is Munro and my great grandfather was one of Alexander's sons, ie. Augustus Benjamin Bland Munro - he was born on 3/3/1842, died 25/7/1927 - he married Emily Kempf or Kampf, they had 7 children: Emile, Tom, Lecky, Charlie, Beatrice, Gale and "Tiny".
Emile was my grandfather, he married Emily Theron, and they had five children: Douglas (my father), Maurice, Ivan, Thelma and Joyce.
Wonderful info re Alexander ... where did you find this information?
