According to my records (credit to Ann Munnell McDonald of Stranghorne, PA), Your John is the son of John Munnell's son, John. John Munnell (2nd) was born 2/10/1784, and died 8/24/1870. He married Margaret. She was born 3/1782, and died 12/9/1864. Their children were: 1.) John Munnell, b. abt. 1810 in Washington County, PA. 2.) Hugh Munnell, b. 1814 in Wash. Co., PA, d. 4/2/1889. 3.) Martha Munnell, b. 1821.
John Munnell (3rd) m. Lucinda Watring (typo?). Daughter of Jacob Watring, she was born 1814 in Sciota Co., OH. Jacob Watring was the great grandson of Abraham Watring who settled in Lehigh Co., PA in 1733.
Children of John and Lucinda are:
1. Rebecca Munnell, b. 1838 in Scioto Co., OH, and d. 1910 in Graypon, TX.
2. Isaack Munnell, b. 1842, OH.
3. Richard Munnell, b. 1846, OH.
4. Hugh Munnell, b. 1840, OH.
5. Jacob Munnell
6. Sarah Munnell, b. 1842.
