I believe the 4 year old Adelbert Munger you have found in the 1860 census in Lorain Co Ohio is in fact Fennow Adelbert Munger. If you follow him through the census he eventually is listed as F. A. Monger in 1900 with wife Mary and two sons Henry and Frank and then as Fennow Munger in 1910 with Mary and son Frank still at home.
As for Sarah (Munger) his mother, I don't have a maiden name for her but she was likely born in or near Orwell, Addison Co. Vt. sometime around 1815. She married Joel B. Munger the son of John Munger and Rachel Austin.
Joel was born in Orwell Vt Feb 20, 1820. They are listed in the 1850 census in Orwell with the three oldest children. They likely moved to Ohio around 1853 and Joel died probably between 1857 and 1859.
Hope this helps.
