Hi Amber,
I just found this site and your message. I'm in dire need of info on the Muncy family. I think this is my great grandfather you speak of. I'm not sure how you and I would be related, but, it seems we are. My grandmother was Carrie Muncy Salmons. Her parents were James Muncy and Lydia (I had heard Lydia's maiden name was Star(r)?); James and Lydia had Carrie and Bessie. Was Ewing Lydia's or Leticia's I wonder? Lydia passing when Carrie was 1-2 yrs. old. James remarried Leticia, but I didn't have her maiden name. It was Starr? I didn't even have James' middle initial or DOB. I also understand that they then had Velvie, Magdelene and Pearl. I remember Pearl. She came to visit us in FL a couple of times and was a wonderful woman.
I would certainly appreciate ANY further info you may have on the family. Memories are growing sparse, especially since we lost my grandmother Carrie years ago.
