in reply to your posted message there are many direct descendants of michael mulrooney living in australia. At my grandmothers funeral some months ago (lucy mulrooney 100 years) iwas given as a gift a wooden measuring ruler that was used by michael mulrooney at the mine at steiglitz.
my parents are still living along with my three brothers and sisters along with many, many uncles ,aunts, cousins and kids. In between very busy lifestyles we all get together and enjoy a good party.
