Searching for parents, birthplace, etc. of DAVID COLUMBUS MULLINGS (my G-grandfather); b. May 1855 AL; d. 1907 Little River Co. AR.
If same person then he was married twice.
First: Morgan Co. AL: Sarah A. CRAWFORD mar. 22 Nov. 1876. She is "single" on 1880 Census with kids James age 5 & infant Laura B.
Second: Hempstead Co. AR: mar. Virginia Chikelia BENNINGFIELD 14 Nov. 1883. Moved to Little River Co. AR. Family oral history says he was born in AL & of Irish decent. Census of 1900 indicates both his were parents born in AL. Any leads would be helpful. Thanks.
