Great! My "Tidewater" book is old also, in fact there is a "bookplate" (I guess that is what you call it) stating "This Book Was Presented To The Talbot County Free Library by Dr. H. Chandlee Forman In Memory of R. Hammond Gibson" Maybe one of my descendants can sell it for a fortune! We go to Ocean City every spring for a "conference" and always stop at a used book store in a small town in Talbot County; that is where I purchased this book, and many others. I believe the author lived in Easton, the county seat, at the time he was writing these books.
