I am not discounting misspellings. Lots of records that show 'Milliken' should be 'Mulliken' and vice versa. I am just saying there ARE two separate families that probably are not related. If your family is, in fact, Milliken, then I cannot help you. The family I am researching is Mulliken.

I do not have an Owen Mulliken in my database. Sorry I couldn't help you.
