Hi Jana,

Do you have any full names? You really haven't given me much to go on.

There was a family of Mullikens in Washington state and another branch of the family in Minnesota. I'll look through my database and see if I have a possible connection named C. E. Mulliken.

I can't speak for the Millikens...they are a different family, despite a similarity in spelling. If your people are Millikens then I can't help you.
