My father Arthur Mulligan was the son of arthur g. Mulligan a music teacher in New York City.
I believe his father, John was one of several children.
His name was John Mulligan, a noted fireman in New York City.
I understand John has a statue in Williamsberg VA at the fireman's museum.
I will check my late fathers records to see if John had a brother Peter. I know he did some research on hids history.
