Mullican spellings are notoriously unstable. There were some Mullicans up around Yell Co AR at one time; also there have been Mullicans in the Simpson / Copiah Co MS area and in Tippah Co, MS. I know there are others also in AR and MS.

I have mainly found the name Frank Mullican amongst the Ellis Co TX and Warren Co TN Mullicans, but the dates and places don't match with the ones I have. So perhaps the Milligan or Millican spellings may be correct. I suspect that you need to look at old tax and census records for this family, if you can't find any birth or deat certificates or obituaries.
