I was adopted out of the Mullens between 1979-1980.
I was born David Thomas Mullens, which was also my mother's maiden name at good Samaritan Hospital, cincinnati on November 8th, 1977. I know she was also related to a Robert Mullens. This information is from the Ohio birth index. The state of Ohio currently denies adoptees access to their original birth certificate.
