Catherine Mullen and George Davis -Ireland to Australia

I am trying to trace my Ancestor Catherine Mullen born in county Limerick, Ireland in 1830. She married George Davis in 1859 at the Catholic Church in Penola South Australia.Aust. I only have her fathers name as being John Mullen and I have no information on him nor her Mother or any siblings.Catherine Immigrated to Australia in 1852. If anyone could help me with any information I would be very grateful as I have hit a huge brick wall.
