I am looking for more info on a SARAH MULLAN. I have no more info about her except her marriage, but would love more of her history.
She was supposedly the wife of BENJAMIN BROWN of Cumberland, MD.
Benjamin Brown was supposedly a surveyor for Allegany County (which included Cumberland) for years, definitely including before 1840. It was noted he lived on a plot later the location of an almshouse in Cumberland.
They were supposedly the parents of CATHARINE or CATHERINE BROWN b. ~1823-4 in Cumberland, MD; died in Cumberland in 1887. Buried in SS Peter & Paul Cem in Cumberland after a funeral at St. Patrick's. She was married to ANDREW J/B. GONDER in 1843.
