The Moll Family that you refer to was originally from Weisenheim am Sand, Germany (near Worms) The two brothers Michael and Christophel came over on the Pennsylvania Merchant (Phila)with several cousins (Schmidt was one of the names). They also brought over the wife of their younger brother Peter. He came over on the Mortonhouse in 1729 (Phila). Peter never had children. The brother father was George and he died in 1729. I have the microfilm copies of George's death record and the brother's birth records. The best expert on the MULL family is Rondal Mull of Morganton, NC. Ron wrote a book on the MULL family (unfortunately out of print). He is my ninth cousin, since I am the direct descendant of Michael. There are several MOLL researchers. Most of us live in Berks County, PA.
