PHEBE ELMINA (MULL)PAINTER, DAUGHTER of PETER MULL, Jr. & SUSANNAH SMITH

I have searched for years for documentation proving that PHEBE ELMINA (MULL) PAINTER (ca 1816 Burke Co. NC - after 1900 Gilmer Co. GA) was the daughter of PETER MULL, Jr. & SUSANNAH SMITH. She married ALSTON/ALSTIN PAINTER between 1838 - 1840 in Haywood Co., NC, then moved to Gilmer Co. GA. During a visit to the NC Archives earlier this month, I believe I found proof that she does belong in Peter's family.
