Here is his obituary that lists his chidren.

Cicero C. Mulkey. 74. of Leewood. died Saturday in the Memorial Division of CAMC. Charleston, after a long illness. Mr. Mulkey was a coal miner retired from Carbon Fuel, Inc., and was a member of the Church of God and the UMWA. Surviving: sons, James Mulkey of Steger. Ill. Clarence C. Mulkey of Romulus. Mich.. Thomas E. Mulkey of South Bend, Ind., Fred L. Mulkey of Plainview, Tex., Joe Mulkey at home; daughters, Mrs. Mary Ruth Tincher of Chesapeake, Mrs. Geraldine Conley of Pacifica, Calif., brothers, Raymond of Dayton, Tenn., Earl and Hershel both of Flint, Mich., 18 grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren. Pacifica, Calif.: brothers. Raymond of Dayton. Tenn.. Earl and Hershel. both of Flint. Mich.: 18 grandchildren: nine greatgrandchildren. Service will be 1 p.m. Tuesday in Leonard
.Johnson Funeral Home. Marmet. with the Rev. Winston Hargis officiating. Burial will be in Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens.
Friends may call after 6 p.m. today at the funeral home.
