Hi Vernon,
I checked the Roster of the Civil War 1861+ of Vermonters and a William MULHULM [MulHolland sp. ?] of Fairfield, VT is listed as serving in the 2nd Regt. Co. C. from Dec. 30, 1863 to Dec. 1864.
