This couple were at Wiston, Lanarkshire, Scotland in the late 1700s; moved to Castle Douglas area ca 1803. I have a fair amount of information on the Gladstones. Know only that the Muir's raised and exported Clydesdale horses. Would welcome any further info or contact with anyone connected to these Muir's.
