Hello Linda wow that just blew me away I have been trying for months to piece this altogether and have been having real difficuly's,someone on rootschat told me my gggg grandfather james muir remarried an Agnes Mcwilliam and that's why i couldn't find him and that james muir's father was called daniel,I have been getting certificates from scotlands people and the name Daniel comes from the wife that james never married agnes mcwilliam,oh dear I am so glad you have got in touch with me,I can start to sort out my messy tree now,malcolm muirs son John was my grandfather.this is so excitingI haven't even figured out how we are related yet ?.Also I would love those certificates and any iformation that i can share with you I will. regards katrina
