my gggg grandfather was james muir mason he also married a margaret reid in ayr scotland and had a son james muir born ayr,how strange my muir snr dissappeared around 1861 after his wife margaret died of consumption.does any of this sound at all familiar as io don't know where my gggg granfather went after the death of his wife.does anyone know this information.
