Deb -- My mother's maiden is Muenchow. My great-grandmother was an Augusta, but she was married to William, and we are in Wisconsin. We have no information on Augusta's maiden name, place of birth, parents, etc. My grandfather, Raymond Muenchow did not share much info. Augusta was born in 1882 -- not sure where. There was also a record of a Bertha (1857 -- 1913) and Minna (1867 -- 1912). All are buried in same plot. I recall someone mentioning a Gustav Muenchow -- don't know who or in what relation. If any of these pieces fit with your Muenchow's, I would be very interested.
