heres the translation, Im not quite sure about the meaning of the words in brackets (OWN = Owen, the said town, OBER = upper):
Born on the 10.Sept. 1843, Owen, District Kirchheim under Teck (Kirchheim on the river Teck is/was probably the main town in this district holding the registers,)Kingdom of Wurttemberg (former German kingdom, now one of our federal states), died 24. June 1884.
