Thanks so much Halle, luckily that is the right Lawrence. I know his sister Ida married a Wallace also so it fits. It appears they didn't have any children so that answers some questions also. I have a picture of my grandpa that says it was taken in Winifred, Montana. Perhaps that is near Hinsdale, I will check. Appreciate your assistance, Jonee
