I think I have tracked part of this family to Oregon.

I was able to track down Golden Abbott. I believe she was married twice: first to a fellow with the last name of Carlson, and second to a fellow whose name was John Beitey.
From the "Daily Inter Lake," published at Kalispell, Montana on June 6, 1965:
LIBBY--Mr. and Mrs. John Beitey of Ocean Lake, Ore., are visiting at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Cloutier this week. Mrs. Beitey is the former Golden Abbott Carlson of Libby. Mr. and Mrs. Beitey plan to visit their son and family, Mr. and Mrs. Norman Carlson of Columbia Falls, and Mr. and Mrs. Bob Griffin of Great Falls before returning to Oregon.

Note: In the Oregon Death Index middle names are often abbreviated due to limits of computer space, so I suspect that Golden's middle name was Francis.
If you note the difference in sex for Cecil and Cecilie between the 1900 and 1920 census data, I suspect that the error was made in the 1900 census and that Cecil was really Cecilia or Cecilie.
I hope the above info helps. You might want to check out the surname of Beitey in Oregon.
