Radersburg, Jefferson Co MT Territory

I am seeking information relating to the mining activities in early day Broadwater County and the people and their times.Broadwater County was created from the old original Montana Territory Counties of Jefferson (the western portion of Broadwater) and Meagher (the eastern portion of Broadwater).Of particular interest areRadersburg and the areas surounding the Crow Creek Valley.
The people of the early periods of this nations history have left a rich heritage in their area that has mostly been lost or forgotten. It is my intention to restore and preserve that heritage in my area as much as possible.

Anything that would offer or make more complete our insight into their lives and times.Often times it is only a few sentences that survive that may prove to be very interesting and inportant.
