Resident Dies
In Nursing Home
Mrs. Elizabeth Reed Rush, 88 of
2305 2nd Ave. N., died Saturday morning in a Billings nursing home where she had been
a patient for a week.
Funeral Services will be in Smith’s Chapel Wednesday at 3 p.m. with the Rev H. F. Huseth of the American Lutheran Church officiating. Burial will be in Mountain View Cemetery.
Mrs. Rush was born in Brookville, Ind., July 23, 1872, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wilson. The
family moved to Kansas„ when she was an infant. She was married Emanuel C. Rush in Abilene, Kansas, Dec. 23, 1912.
They moved to Ryegate in 1926,
and to the Billings vicinity in
1929. Her husband a farmer,
died in Billings Feb. 9, 1937, and
she moved into the city.
She is survived by a son, J.
Frank Rush of 722 Terry Ave; a
daughter, Mrs. Abe Wilhelm of
4006 1/2 Hardin Rd; a brother,
Dudley Wilson of Abilene; 10
Grandchildren and a great grandchild
