NOTE: I did not find Joseph Dipko in the census records for Montana; however did find he and his family in Washington State census and death records. --------------- I found the following obituary that refers to the daughter of Joseph and Anna Dipko: Excerpted from the "Yakima Herald-Republic" published at Yakima, Washington, online version: Published on Monday, November 28, 2005 HELEN D. MENARD Keith & Keith Funeral Home YAKIMA - Helen D. Menard, 88, of Yakima went to be with Jesus. She passed away on Thursday, November 24, 2005 at Yakima Valley Memorial Hospital. Helen was born to Joseph and Anna Dipko on July 12, 1917 in Missoula, Montana. She was one of four children. She married Dennis Menard in 1936 and enjoyed 68 years of marriage. She worked at Libby's and Del Monte canneries. She is survived by a daughter, Dennise Cooper of Yakima, a son, Gary Menard and daughter-in-law, Pamela of Yakima. She has two grandsons, David Menard and Brad Menard both of Yakima. She was preceded in death by her husband, two sisters and a brother. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Visitation will be held from 12:00 noon until 8:00 p.m. Monday and Tuesday at the Keith & Keith Ninth Avenue Chapel. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 30, 2005 at Terrace Heights Memorial Park.
