obit on Lovenia McWilliams Johnston 1905 Carbon County Republican

Dear All,
I found a reference to an obit on my ggrandmother written as Lovenia Johnston (really Lavinia) in the Carbon County Republican. Died 7/6/1905. The word (Chance) is written to the side. What does this mean?

Lavinia was just visiting her son, I believe. She lived most of her life in Ohio.

Could someone kindly tell me how do I get a copy of this obit?
